§ Mr. Winnickasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth affairs (1) what percentage of the staff at Government communications headquarters, Cheltenham, and the outstations have refused to give up their trade union membership; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what percentage of staff and in which grades are to be transferred from Government communications headquarters as a result of their refusing to give up trade union membership; and if he will make a statement.
