Mr. Gould

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) whether he will bring up to date for the year 1983 the trade figures for wheeled tractors and other vehicles given in his answer of 19 December 1983, Official Report, c. 96; and if he will include figures for 1970;

(2) whether he will bring up to date for the year 1983 the trade figures for diodes, microcircuits and other goods given in his answer of 19 December 1983, Official Report, c. 95; and if he will include figures for 1970.

Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing United Kingdom imports from and exports to the European Economic Community Six, and the European Economic Community Nine as a proportion of total exports in 1983, compared with 1970 and 1957; and whether he will provide the same figures for trade in manufactures.
