§ Mr. PriorNo. I refer the hon. Member to my statement to the House on 18 January, where I made clear the scope of the terms of reference. The criminal aspects of the various allegations which have been made have already been investigated by the Royal Ulster Constabulary and by Sir George Terry, chief constable of Sussex, at the time of his inquiry.
