§ Mrs. FennerThe licensing of markets in relation to dipped and undipped sheep is a matter for county authorities. The legislation under which such licences are issued states that a dual licence shall only be granted if it is necessary or expedient and the presence of dipped and slaughter sheep will not give rise to an unacceptable risk of the spread of sheep scab.
