§ Mr. Alan ClarkThe latest available figures for all local authorities and a number of nationalised industries, showing the degree to which they satisfy the 3 per cent. quota of registered disabled people, are published in the February 1984 issue of "Employment Gazette", a copy of which is in the Library. However, it is not in itself an offence to be below quota, and no information is held centrally on employers' compliance with the other requirements of the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act.
