§ Mr. Butcher[pursuant to his reply, 21 June 1984, c. 264]: Unfortunately, I have been unable to find any details of an allocation of £3.9 million made by this Department recently. If the hon. Member can provide me with any further information, I would be happy to look at our records again to try to answer her question.
