§ Mr. Alan ClarkInformation on average earnings for employees in particular occupations which can be grouped to form socio-economic groups are published in the reports of the "New Earnings Survey", part D, the latest of which related to April 1983. Information on the incomes of households (distinguishing wages and salaries), analysed by broad occupational groups and employment status (employed, self-employed) of the head of the household, is contained in the reports of the "Family Expenditure Survey", the latest of which relates to 1982.
