§ Sir Geoffrey HoweWe have made a number of suggestions for savings in the agricultural sector to meet the problem of the 1984 budget overrun. We shall also be making suggestions when it comes to consideration of the Commission's proposed budget for 1985. Our prpposals and those of other member states, will be examined by the Budget Council next month.
