§ Dr. Glynasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will ensure that some of the aid given to Zimbabwe is used to discharge Zimbabwean obligations to British subjects.
§ Mr. RaisonOur aid programme is designed to assist the development of poorer countries. In the case of Zimbabwe, this should help to create the economic conditions in which the Zimbabwe authorities will be in a position to ease current restrictions.
