§ Mr. Chopeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many prefabricated reinforced concrete houses which are to be subject to designation under the Housing Defects Bill(a) are in the ownership of Southampton city council and (b) have been sold by Southampton city council.
§ Mr. GowThe council has informed the Department that it owns 885 dwellings of the Cornish unit, Reema hollow panel, Unity and Wates types and that it has sold 778 dwellings of these types.
