§ Mr. John Stradling ThomasA grant of £100,000 to the Ceredigion district council was approved in April for harbour improvements to the facilities available to the local fishing fleet. The Development Board for Rural Wales has applied for approval to give grant aid towards a project by the local authority for redevelopment of that part of the harbour known as the Gap; the proposal is under consideration.
