§ Mr. DunnMy right hon. Friend has no proposals to change the regulations governing occasional days of holiday in term-time. The Education (Schools and Further Education) Regulations 1981 permit maintained schools to be granted not more than 20 sessions of occasional holidays during term-time within the school year which must comprise at least 400 sessions.
