§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will take steps to ensure that the promulgation of regulations to ensure safer use of pesticides in the United Kingdom does not increase the export of hazardous pesticides to developing countries.
§ Mrs. FennerThere is no reason why regulations to ensure the safe use of pesticides in the United Kingdom 311W should give rise to increased exports of hazardous pesticides to developing countries. We are, however, doing all we can to assist developing countries to ensure the safe and efficient use of pesticides in their own territories.
