§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what assessment he made before approving the relocation in the Bristol area of the National Health Service Training Authority, of the effect of this and the consequent changes in the number of levels of management on (a) the independence of the national staff committee for nurses and midwives and (b) its value to the nursing profession; and if he will make a statement.
