§ Mr. WaldegraveMy noble Friend has already announced that there will be central funding for Kenwood. Discussions with the Museums and Galleries Commission and other interested parties on the detailed arrangements are still in progress. My noble Friend will make a further announcement as soon as a final decision has been reached.
