§ Mr. Holtasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his approval was sought under section 12 of the British Broadcasting Corporation licence and agreement for the receipt of any money by the British Broadcasting Corporation in connection with the broadcasting of such sporting events as the Derby, Football League matches and cricket matches.
