§ Mr. DunnSince the publication of the Government's document "Examinations at 16-plus—A Statement of Policy", in November 1982, 44 individuals or bodies have written to my right hon. Friend in favour of a single system of examinations at 16-plus, 12 have written in opposition to that proposal and six have favoured other reforms.
