§ Mr. David MitchellThe Government wish to see the fullest co-operation between the council and BREL and other agencies involved in encouraging new jobs in the area. I am pleased to learn that a meeting between the parties has now been arranged. I have therefore written to the council suggesting that a delegation would serve no useful purpose at the moment.
