§ Mr. WhitneyThe physical protection and location of the refugees in Honduras is the responsibility of the Honduran Government acting in co-operation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). I understand UNHCR is in touch with the refugees and with all parties concerned with the relocation.
