Whether any conditions were imposed on, or instructions given to, the Highlands and Islands Development Board affecting the future use and management of its Cairn Gorm Estate when the estate was transferred to the board by the Secretary of State in 1972, other than the conditions set out in the Feu Charter.
§ Lord Gray of ContinApart from the conditions set out in the Feu Disposition, no conditions were imposed on, or instructions given to, the HIDB affecting the future use and management of its Cairn Gorm Estate. The estate came into the board's ownership in April 1971.
