I refer my hon. Friend to my reply to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, North-East (Mrs. Short) on 20 March, at column422, which covers non-medical staff in the NHS. If an alternative definition of "non-clinical" is intended, I should be grateful if my hon. Friend could write to me.
