Mr. Millsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will designate the European Trade Mark Office in Munich as an institution where United Kingdom employees can retain British nationality for their children born in Munich.
§ Mr. WaddingtonI presume my hon. Friend is referring to the European Patent Office. An application from that office for designation under section 2(3) of the British Nationality Act 1981 is being considered. I shall let my hon. Friend know when a decision has been reached.
