§ Mr. John PattenA delegation led by my noble Friend Lord Glenarthur and comprising officials from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Overseas Development Administration and the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys will represent the United Kingdom at the international population conference in Mexico City.
