§ Sir Keith JosephI am grateful to the right hon. Member for drawing my attention to this report. It is a worthy document which is in line with our current thinking on education for the handicapped. But it adds nothing to the sum of our knowledge in the education field, and I shall not be taking action as a result of it. I believe that developments now taking place in education provision both for young people in general and for this group in particular will contribute significantly towards achieving the improvements urged in the report.
