§ Mr. Hirstasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to publish the representations which he has received from local authorities and other interested parties on the draft regulations for the tenants' rights to repair scheme under the Tenants' Rights Etc. (Scotland) Amendment Act.
§ Mr. AncramThe representaions which have been received from local authorities and other interested parties on the consultative document on the proposed right to repair are available in the library at St. Andrew's house, Edinburgh, for visiting members of the public to consult; and copies of individual documents filed therein will be made available on request.
Work is now proceeding on the preparation of draft regulations, taking account of the comments received. 438W Once this has been completed, the draft regulations will be published later in the summer, and there will then be a further period of consultation before the regulations are formally laid before Parliament.
