§ Mrs. Ann Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) what has been the total value of armament 408W exports from the United Kingdom in each of the last five years for which figures are available to other countries which are members of the Northern Atlantic Treaty Organisation;
(2) what has been the total value of armament exports from the United Kingdom in each of the last five years for which figures are available to Commonwealth countries;
(3) what has been the total value of armament exports from the United Kingdom in each of the last five years for which figures are available to countries which are members of the EEC;
(4) what has been the total value of armament exports from the United Kingdom in each of the last five years for which figures are available to countries which have applied for but not yet been granted full membership of the EEC.
§ Mr. PattieIt has been the consistent policy of successive Governments not to publish detailed figures of defence sales to overseas customers beyond those given in volume II of the Statement on the Defence Estimates.
