§ Mr. JoplingDuring the course of my visit to the island I described aspects of the Community's milk and fisheries policies in discussions with representatives of the insular authorities, but offered no advice. Relations with the insular authorities are the responsibility of my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
