§ Mr. MacGregorThe United Kingdom subscribed to the declaration by the contracting parties to the general266W agreement, in November 1982, which called for a two-year work programme designed to bring agriculture more fully within the multilateral trading system by improving the effectiveness of the rules, provisions and disciplines of the general agreement and through their common interpretation. The Government hope for a successful outcome of the current discussions on this issue.
