§ 21. Mr. Heddleasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food which organisations he will be consulting about the implications for agriculture contained in the Waddilove report on coal mining subsidence.
§ Mrs. FennerCompensation for mining subsidence damage is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Energy, who will shortly be consulting interested parties on the recommendations of the Waddilove committee. My Ministry will be involved in these consultations.
