§ Mr. BrookeNo representations have been received to date about any proposal to close the Medical Research Council's neurochemical pharmacology unit at Cambridge. It is for the MRC to decide on priorities for medical research within the cash sums allocated to it annually from the science budget. I understand from the MRC that the future of the unit is under consideration but that no final decisions have yet been taken.
