§ Mr. ChannonI led the United Kingdom delegation to the 12th session of the British/Soviet Joint Commission174W which reviewed the scope for increased economic, industrial, scientific and technological co-operation between our two countries. I believe that there are opportunities for British firms to obtain further orders in the Soviet Union and that we should be able to increase the levels of our bilateral trade.
