§ Mr. Peter ReesDetails of the total debt outstanding against each nationalised industry's statutory borrowing limit at 31 March 1983 are given in the "Accounts Relating to Issues from the National Loans Fund" — (HC 159 1983–84).
The total amount listed as outstanding at 31 March 1983 was £23,626 million. The figures for 31 March 1984 will be published in due course.
