§ Mr. Alan ClarkOn 10 May there were 21,000 unemployed claimants in the area covered by the Brixton, Stockwell, Streatham and West Norwood jobcentres, which corresponds closely to the London borough of Lambeth. Of these, 582 were school leavers under 18 years of age.
