Mr. Ron Davies

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give, for each county in Wales, the amount of grant paid under the farm capital grant scheme, the expenditure and the number of claims to which that figure relates and the amount of land benefiting from land drainage schemes for reclamation or improvement purposes since January 1980.
