asked the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Dundee, West on 17 May, Official Report, column 217, if he will list the companies referred to which have received defence contracts from McDonnell Douglas.

As I said in my answer to the hon. Member's earlier question, column 217, details of contracts between United Kingdom companies and McDonnell Douglas are a matter of commercial confidence between the companies concerned. This confidence extends to the identities of McDonnell Douglas's United Kingdom sub-contractors.
