§ Mr. Alan ClarkAll the Manpower Services Commission's standard training programmes are open equally to women and men, and this is emphasised in all publicity. The Commission also supports a number of experimental women-only courses, as permitted under section 47 of the Sex Discrimination Act, which include training in occupations in which women are under-represented.
