§ Mr. YoungerMy Department issued a consultation paper on 17 May outlining proposals for simplified planning zones. Two further consultation documents are to be issued, one containing proposals for the extension of planning control over hazardous development, the other setting out proposals for a number of miscellaneous amendments to town and country planning legislation. Copies of all these papers are being placed in the Library.
