Mr. Andrew Bowden

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will estimate the number of pensioner households receiving help with housing costs, excluding boarders and non-householders; in England and Wales for the five years to November 1982 (a) from supplementary benefit and (b) from rate rebates, rent rebates and rent allowances.
