Member for Sheffield, Central (Mr. Caborn) on 14 December 1983 at column 469, we use private contractors to carry out works on physical security defences at office and residential premises in our embassies in central America. At some of these embassies guards are also hired from private security companies to provide protection for our staff. In the interests of the safety of those concerned details must remain confidential.
