105W
§ Mr. NewtonA number of individuals suffering from golfer's elbow have suggested that the condition should be considered for inclusion in the schedule of prescribed diseases. The Industrial Injuries Advisory Council revised representations from doctors during their investigation of epicondylitis of the humerus (which includes golfer's elbow) and rotator cuff syndrome. (Those who gave evidence to the council were listed in my reply on 11 June to my hon. Friend at column385.) The council recommended that these conditions should not be prescribed.
