What progress has been made in the sale of the Bedford College buildings and grounds in Regent's Park; and what is the proposed future of this site.
§ The Earl of SwintonThe lease of the main site of the Bedford College buildings will be surrendered to the Crown Estate Commissioners with effect from 31st August 1984, that of Hanover Lodge from 31st August 1985. Terms have been agreed by the Crown Estate Commissioners with a North American institution of higher education for the continued use of the main site for educational purposes. The future of Hanover Lodge after 1985 is under consideration by the Crown Estate Commissioners.
