§ Mr. FletcherFigures for the number of bankruptcies in England and Wales for the first two quarters of 1984 were published inBritish Business 27 July–2 August and quarterly figures back to 1978 in the issue of 4–10 May. Seasonally adjusted figures show a slight fall between the first and second quarters of 1984.
