§ Mr. ButcherDetails of the payments made, or due to be made, by the Government to Lazard Freres of New York in respect of Mr. Ian MacGregor's chairmanship of BSC are set out in a document which was deposited in the Library of the House on 15 April 1981. The review committee responsible for assessing the two performance payments referred to in the document is at present working to reach a decision on the first payment in the autumn.
