§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor is considering the study of the strata title system produced by the Building Societies Association entitled "Leaseholds —Time for a Change?" in conjunction with the Law Commission report No. 127 on positive and restrictive covenants and my hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction has sent a copy of the Building Societies Association's study to Mr. E. G. Nugee, QC, for consideration by his committee.
