Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will now make a statement on the future of the regimental headquarters of the Royal Irish Rangers in Ballymena.
§ Mr. LeeThe Army Department is at present studying a wide-ranging review of all its training establishments including Ballymena which also houses the regimental headquarters of the Royal Irish Rangers. No decisions have yet been taken on any training establishment. All the relevant regional and regimental factors are being taken fully into account.
