§ Mr. John PattenThis scheme has been selected as a pilot project under the "Care in the Community" initiative and the costs are therefore being met centrally until March 1987. It is for the health and local authority to determine jointly how the project will be financed after that date if it proves successful. I understand this is still under discussion between the authorities.
