§ Sir George YoungOverseas earnings of architects, surveyors, and consulting engineers were £663 million in 1982. Further details are given in the "UK Balance of Payments, 1983 edition," compiled annually by the Central Statistical Office and published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office. The 1984 edition, showing figures for earnings in 1983 will be available shortly.
