§ Mr. RifkindWhen my right hon. and learned Friend was in Moscow earlier this month he invited Mr. Gromyko to visit Britain in 1985. Mr. Gromyko replied, as is customary, that we would have to discuss the invitation with his colleagues. We remain in regular contact with the Soviet Government through diplomatic channels.
