§ Mr. LuceThe solicitors acting for Mr. Walsh's family have asked that the details of this case should not be published. In general, however, I understand that these procedures took the form of an administrative hearing shortly before Mr. Walsh was committed to prison on 6 July 1983, and that these procedures were in accordance with Omani law.
