The multipliers applied to the estimated penny rate products to obtain the precepts levied on the relevant local authorities by the water authorities for each local land drainage district in Wales in each of the last 5 years are as follows:instrument, presently the Redundant Mineworkers and Concessionary Coal (Payments Schemes) Order 1984. (SI 1984 No. 457). Eligibility for new entrants to the scheme under this order expires on 29 March 1986 and there are no present plans for its extension.
